Nina Shapiro’s article in the November 9, 2017 Seattle Times illuminated the reality of escalating, harsh tactics by ICE for arrests and detainment of undocumented immigrants in Pacific County. Many of the residents impacted were long-term members of our community, with active roles in local businesses, churches and schools.
